Keith began breeding Colourpoint Persians in 1998 under the OZKI prefix before expanding his breeding program to include tabby, bi–colour, chocolate and van Persians and Exotics, achieving considerable success in the show ring.

In 2010, Keith qualified as a Group 1 Judge and has since had the privilege of judging at the CCCA National Show in Queensland, as well as numerous championship shows throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and New Zealand.

In 2022, Keith introduced the American Shorthair breed to Australia, establishing a breeding program focused on Black Silver Classic Tabbies. His bloodlines are now represented in several catteries across the country. More recently, he returned to his long–standing passion for Exotics, breeding under the joint NELKEI prefix.

Keith considers it a privilege to judge so many outstanding cats and enjoys meeting the proud & dedicated breeders and exhibitors behind them. He looks forward to continuing his judging career throughout Australia and internationally.
